  • Sparks creativity - If you are feeling un-creative and uninspired walking can actually be what you need. Walking is linked to creativity. Stepping away from your school work or job and taking a walk allowed you mind to wander of can be very beneficial.

What is meal prepping? Meal prepping is prepping meals in advance typically a few days ahead. This will reduce your stress of daily cooking your meals, and having nutritional food on the go.

Meal prepping is really in right now, you probably have seen it on TikTok, instagram etc… But this is a great habit to have but why? Here is 3 reasons why you should start meal prepping:

At the end of the day try to list 3 things you are grateful for. This habit will help you keep a positive mindset and overall improve your mood. It also will help you focus on the good in life. Journaling can also be a good method to practice gratitude, jotting down lessons learned can provide clarity and growth.
