Sleep Is the ground stone of good health. When you are sleeping, your body is working on healthy brain function, and maintain your physical health. But why is getting sleep so important? Well building a habit of sleeping 7 hours or more each night can you for example:

Lower risk of diabetics and heart diseases
Reduce stress and improve mood
Think or clearly and reduce brain fog,
This is just some positive outcomes of getting enough sleep. Sleep is the foundation of building healthy habits. If body and mind is preforming at “their best” is easier to focusing on building more healthy habits!
Nr 2 - Go on daily walks
Going on walks seems underrated. It can seem boring, uninteresting and a waste of time. But did you know, that walking 30min or more a day can be very beneficial
Physical health - Walking 30 min a day is actually a great low impact workout. Walking can strengthen your muscles and make you maintain a healthy weight.
Boost mental stability - Did you know by walking you can lower your stress, lower the risk of depression and overall improve your mood. While and after you walk your body realises endorphin. Endorphins are feel good hormones that make you feel more relaxed and happy.
Sparks creativity - If you are feeling un-creative and uninspired walking can actually be what you need. Walking is linked to creativity. Stepping away from your school work or job and taking a walk allowed you mind to wander of can be very beneficial.
Nr 3 - Prepping meals in advance
What is meal prepping? Meal prepping is prepping meals in advance typically a few days ahead. This will reduce your stress of daily cooking your meals, and having nutritional food on the go.
Meal prepping is really in right now, you probably have seen it on TikTok, instagram etc… But this is a great habit to have but why? Here is 3 reasons why you should start meal prepping:

Eating without distractions can be hard. Today everyone likes to watch tv or your phone for entertainment. But did you know eating without distractions can make you be Moore present and mindful it can also reuse stress. You are most likely to also not overeat and be more calm. Including this positive habit to you life can be very beneficial.
Nr 5 - Practice Gratitude
At the end of the day try to list 3 things you are grateful for. This habit will help you keep a positive mindset and overall improve your mood. It also will help you focus on the good in life. Journaling can also be a good method to practice gratitude, jotting down lessons learned can provide clarity and growth.
